4、hineseIBVs,whichweremainlynephropathogenic,wereplacedintosevengenotypes.FourteenChineseIBVisolateswereplacedingenotypeI,havingsmallevolutionarydistancesfromeachother.GenotypeIIincluded6strainsthatwereisolatedinthe1990sinChina.GenotypeIIIconsistedofeightChi
5、neseisolatesthatshowedcloserelationshipwithKoreanIBVisolates.AnothereightIBVisolatesclusteredingenotypeIVandshowedlargerevolution-arydistances.TheMassachusettsserotypewaspresentinChinain1990sandwasinaseparategenotype.Twoisolates,HN99andCK/CH/LHN/00I,whichm
6、ightbeareisolationofvaccinestrains,clusteredintogenotypeVI.FourChineseIBVisolatesformedanothergenotypeandshowedlargerevolutionarydistancesfromotherChineseIBVgenotypes(genotypeVII).IBVsinsamegenotypesshowedmorethan90%aminoacidsequencesimilarities,whereasmos
