6、全面提升我國(guó)特色雜糧生產(chǎn)及加工水平，科技部決定啟動(dòng)“十一五”國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃“特色雜糧生產(chǎn)及加工利用技術(shù)研究與開(kāi)發(fā)”重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目。本項(xiàng)目旨在通過(guò)特色雜糧生產(chǎn)及加工利用技術(shù)的研究與開(kāi)發(fā)，改變我國(guó)特色雜糧生產(chǎn)與加工利用嚴(yán)重滯后的現(xiàn)狀，建立高效育種與產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展技術(shù)平臺(tái)，培育高產(chǎn)、優(yōu)質(zhì)、多抗、專(zhuān)用型特色雜糧作物新品種，促進(jìn)特色雜糧優(yōu)質(zhì)、高產(chǎn)、高效、安全生產(chǎn)，延長(zhǎng)雜糧產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈，帶動(dòng)雜糧產(chǎn)業(yè)化水平和農(nóng)業(yè)綜合效益的全面提高。為了公開(kāi)、公平、公正地選擇課題承擔(dān)單位，充分調(diào)動(dòng)各有關(guān)部門(mén)、地方政府、企業(yè)、科研院所和大專(zhuān)院校的主動(dòng)性和積極性，依據(jù)《國(guó)家科技支撐計(jì)劃管理暫行辦法》，特制定本《課題申請(qǐng)指南
