1、深圳動物園15株肺炎克雷伯氏菌耐藥性的檢測動物醫(yī)學(xué)院動物醫(yī)學(xué)唐春成(指導(dǎo)老師:楊光友教授)摘要:目的:了解深圳動物園黑猩猩等10種靈長動物肺炎克雷伯氏菌的耐藥特性及趨勢,指導(dǎo)臨床合理用藥。方法:用K-B紙片擴散法做藥物敏感試驗。結(jié)果:檢測的15株肺炎克雷伯氏菌對21種抗生素的藥敏結(jié)果顯示,對萘啶酸、氨芐西林、羧芐西林和四環(huán)素的耐藥率最高,均為100%;其次為磺胺甲基異惡唑、頭孢唑啉(先鋒霉素V)、多西環(huán)素和多粘菌素B,其耐藥率分別是93.33%、87.78%、80%和80%;對環(huán)丙沙星、阿奇霉素、諾氟沙星、頭孢呋新、加替沙星、奈替米星和磷霉素的耐藥率分別是73.33%、73.33
2、%、60%、60%、53.33%、53.33%和53.33%;對頭孢西林和呋喃妥因的耐藥率均為40%;對頭孢噻肟、亞胺硫霉素和阿米卡星的耐藥率分別為33.33%、26.67%和20%;菌株對拉氧頭孢鈉的耐藥率為0。結(jié)論:該地區(qū)肺炎克雷伯氏菌所引起的疾病治療的首選藥氧頭孢烯類,其次可合理選用第三代頭孢菌素、氨基糖甙類、碳青霉烯類、呋喃類藥。關(guān)鍵詞:肺炎克雷伯氏菌;耐藥性;檢測Resistancetestingof15bahtsKlebsiellaPneumoniaeinShenzhenzooTangChunchengVeterinary,Grade2006DirectedbyYan

7、雷伯菌屬(klebsiella)。本菌為兼性厭氧菌,無鞭毛,無動力。有較厚的莢膜,多數(shù)菌株有菌毛。營養(yǎng)要求不高,在普通培養(yǎng)基上生長的菌落大,呈粘液狀,互融合,以接種環(huán)挑之易拉成絲,此特征有助于鑒別。37℃生長最佳,但能在15℃-45℃及pH5.5-10范圍內(nèi)生長發(fā)育,最適pH為7.0-7.6,pH在5以下和11以上不能生長,50℃以上既被滅活。本屬具有O和K兩種抗原。K抗原可用于菌型鑒定。O抗原耐熱,1000℃2.5小時加熱仍不能破壞其O不凝聚性。因而給本菌的O抗原鑒定和研究帶來
