1、產(chǎn)業(yè)集群論文：基于DEA的產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)核心企業(yè)績效評(píng)價(jià)【中文摘要】以產(chǎn)業(yè)集群內(nèi)核心企業(yè)的績效為研究對(duì)象,通過對(duì)影響集群內(nèi)核心企業(yè)績效的內(nèi)、外部因素的詳細(xì)闡釋,建立獨(dú)特的績效評(píng)價(jià)雙層指標(biāo)體系。創(chuàng)造性的整合DEA(數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析)方法、GRA(灰色關(guān)聯(lián)度分析)方法和AHP(層次分析法)等,使用DEA-GRA評(píng)價(jià)模型從雙重角度對(duì)集群內(nèi)核心企業(yè)的整體和部分績效分別進(jìn)行深入研究。在對(duì)產(chǎn)業(yè)集群演變成為四大模式的過程進(jìn)行說明之后,根據(jù)核心企業(yè)在集群內(nèi)的存在狀態(tài)將研究對(duì)象界定為輪軸式集群內(nèi)核心企業(yè)。通過分析競合關(guān)系、文化空間、資產(chǎn)、技術(shù)、人員等影
2、響集群內(nèi)核心企業(yè)績效的內(nèi)、外部因素,并將其對(duì)績效產(chǎn)出的影響劃分為生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營能力和創(chuàng)新能力兩方面,建立全面的多功能指標(biāo)體系,分別從當(dāng)前和未來反映企業(yè)的實(shí)力狀況。同時(shí)結(jié)合多指標(biāo)投入和產(chǎn)出的需要確定使用DEA評(píng)價(jià)方法,并融合GRA、AHP分析方法,建立DEA-GRA評(píng)價(jià)模型,對(duì)集群內(nèi)核心企業(yè)的績效進(jìn)行宏微觀的詳盡分析。不但分別評(píng)價(jià)企業(yè)整體和局部的績效在長時(shí)期內(nèi)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r,并對(duì)其相關(guān)細(xì)節(jié)指標(biāo)需要調(diào)整和修正的數(shù)量以及企業(yè)規(guī)模效益進(jìn)行了詳盡解釋。最后以一集群內(nèi)核心企業(yè)實(shí)體為例運(yùn)用相關(guān)指標(biāo)體系和方法模型對(duì)論文研究思路做出了實(shí)證演示。【英文摘要
