3、sibletoorganizethetrainingofthelabstaffs.4工作程序WorkProcedure4.1實驗室業(yè)務(wù)范圍businessscopeforlab質(zhì)量部編制《實驗室業(yè)務(wù)范圍清單》，列出實驗室能從事的實驗項目，實驗方法或標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，實驗設(shè)備等。TheQualityDepartmentcompilestheBusinessScopeListforLabtoshowexperimentprojects,methodsorstandardsandequipment.4.2測量設(shè)備的
4、檢定CalibrationofMeasurementEquipment4.2.1工程技術(shù)部負責(zé)按《檢驗、測量和試驗設(shè)備控制程序》規(guī)定要求校準(zhǔn)實驗設(shè)備。TheEngineering&TechnicalDepartmentisresponsibletocalibratethetestequipmentaccordingtothe“Inspection,MeasuringandTestEquipmentControlProcedure”.4.2.2根據(jù)測試設(shè)備的使用頻次、制造商建議和運行狀況和國家檢定規(guī)

8、manufacturerifithasnotbeencalibratedbytheauthorizedinspectionorganizationyet.4.2.2對于尚無國際/國家基準(zhǔn)可追溯的非標(biāo)測試設(shè)備，可由工程技術(shù)部負責(zé)制訂相應(yīng)校準(zhǔn)規(guī)程，校準(zhǔn)規(guī)程須包括適用范圍、使用設(shè)備、追溯標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、校準(zhǔn)地點、校準(zhǔn)周期、校準(zhǔn)方法、驗收準(zhǔn)則以及發(fā)現(xiàn)問題采取措施等，校準(zhǔn)規(guī)程編號、審批按?文件和資料控制程序?執(zhí)行，校準(zhǔn)規(guī)程須符合顧客要求。Forthenon-standardtestequipmentt
