2、式。對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的生態(tài)化改造是循環(huán)經(jīng)濟在區(qū)域?qū)用嫔系闹匾獙嵺`。它要求產(chǎn)業(yè)集群建立像生物群落那樣的成員之間彼此密切聯(lián)系的工業(yè)共生系統(tǒng)，以減少產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的資源消耗和環(huán)境污染，增強其可持續(xù)性。本文對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群與循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的關(guān)系進行了充分的論證，指出了二者的結(jié)合能夠起到相得益彰的作用：借助于循環(huán)經(jīng)濟的實施，產(chǎn)業(yè)集群增強了競爭力和可持續(xù)發(fā)展能力，并且為循環(huán)經(jīng)濟在區(qū)域?qū)用娴膶嵤?，提供了良好的平臺。集群進行生態(tài)化建設(shè)的核心是構(gòu)建完善的工業(yè)共生體系，以使集群內(nèi)成員的物質(zhì)、能量等要素在彼此間充分流動。這就需要選擇工業(yè)共生體系的核心產(chǎn)業(yè)，以
3、核心產(chǎn)業(yè)為中心，其余各成員圍繞核心企業(yè)，共同構(gòu)筑共生體系。共生體系的建設(shè)主要包括四大生態(tài)工業(yè)鏈條：物質(zhì)循環(huán)生態(tài)工業(yè)鏈、能量梯級利用生態(tài)工業(yè)鏈、水循環(huán)生態(tài)工業(yè)鏈以及信息鏈。四大生態(tài)工業(yè)鏈的穩(wěn)定與否將決定整個工業(yè)共生體系的穩(wěn)定性。另外，本文對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群生態(tài)化建設(shè)的法律法規(guī)、社會支撐體系等方面的內(nèi)容作了一定的研究工作，以期從多個角度對產(chǎn)業(yè)集群的生態(tài)化建設(shè)做出有益的探索。關(guān)鍵詞：循環(huán)經(jīng)濟；產(chǎn)業(yè)集群；生態(tài)化Abs仃actTheConditionsthatChinaiSintheinitialthatourindustrial
