2、影響甚至是極大的危害、也會(huì)威脅水庫(kù)本身的安全或者可能會(huì)浪費(fèi)有效資源。上游修建多個(gè)中小水庫(kù)就是~種較大規(guī)模的人類(lèi)活動(dòng),本文研究旨在考慮上游多個(gè)中小水庫(kù)影響的條件下,對(duì)現(xiàn)有的下游水庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)入庫(kù)洪水過(guò)程進(jìn)行調(diào)洪演算,定量分析上游中小水庫(kù)的蓄泄對(duì)下游水庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)入庫(kù)洪水過(guò)程調(diào)度的影響程度。本文主要從上游水庫(kù)發(fā)生潰壩對(duì)下游水庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)洪水調(diào)度產(chǎn)生影響和上游水庫(kù)有調(diào)蓄作用對(duì)下游水庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)洪水調(diào)度產(chǎn)生影響兩個(gè)方面詳細(xì)闡述了上游人類(lèi)活動(dòng)(多個(gè)中小水庫(kù)的修建)對(duì)下游水庫(kù)設(shè)計(jì)洪水調(diào)度的影響程度。論文以廣東省長(zhǎng)潭水庫(kù)為研究對(duì)象,闡述了受人類(lèi)活動(dòng)影響的
