1、南昌大學(xué)碩士學(xué)位論文硅烷體系汽液相平衡研究姓名:胡萍申請學(xué)位級別:碩士專業(yè):化學(xué)工藝指導(dǎo)教師:邱祖民20070601摘要本文采用泵式沸點儀,建立了一套測定恒壓下汽液相平衡數(shù)據(jù)的裝置。壓力控制采用二級自動恒壓裝置,壓力波動范圍不大于10Pa,系統(tǒng)溫度用校正的最d,N度O.1℃精密溫度計測定。在101.325kPa下用這套裝置分別測定了二甲基二氯硅烷一二甲基二甲氧基硅烷和二甲基二甲氧基硅烷一甲醇兩個二元體系沸點與液相組成的實驗值。用Q函數(shù)法對兩個二元系由Tpx推算汽相組成Y,然后用Margules、vanLaar、Wilson和NRTL活度系數(shù)模型進(jìn)行關(guān)聯(lián)求
2、得相應(yīng)的最佳模型參數(shù)。利用Nelder—Mead擴展單形求極值法和Marquardt法回歸得到2對基團交互作用參數(shù)。根據(jù)UNIFAC活度系數(shù)模型編寫程序?qū)?0個二元、9個三元和2個四元汽液平衡體系進(jìn)行了預(yù)測,其中二元體系泡點和汽相組成預(yù)測總體平均偏差分別為O,794%、2.495%。三元、四元體系泡點預(yù)測總體平均偏差分別為2.064%、4.935%。預(yù)測結(jié)果較為可靠,基本能滿足工程設(shè)計上的要求。為了進(jìn)一步獲取汽液平衡數(shù)據(jù)中的理論信息,根據(jù)三元體系VLE數(shù)據(jù)和Wilson模型參數(shù)編程推算相對分離因子S,并對其影響因素進(jìn)行初步討論。關(guān)鍵詞:硅烷;沸點儀;汽液
