2、高管理工作效率，為實現(xiàn)高校發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略提供強有力的支撐。SOA面向服務架構，是最新的高校應用集成技術方案。SOA是具有松散耦合、系統(tǒng)應用數(shù)據(jù)、構造分布式系統(tǒng)的一種集成方式，把應用系統(tǒng)各項功能提供服務接口，實現(xiàn)各種服務之間的集成與管理。把應用集成之間的復雜性降低，使高校靈活的適應環(huán)境的變化，在創(chuàng)建新的應用服務時把風險降低到最低。本論文依據(jù)軟件工程理論，按照高校人事管理的具體情況，采用SOA的體系結構、.NET架構和MVC設計模式，綜合運用Ajax技術、數(shù)據(jù)庫持久層技術，依據(jù)系統(tǒng)分析、系統(tǒng)設計、系統(tǒng)實現(xiàn)的解決方案，闡述了其人力資源管理系統(tǒng)構建的完整
3、過程。通過本系統(tǒng)的設計，實現(xiàn)了高校人力資源管理系統(tǒng)的主要功能需求。本系統(tǒng)具有強大的數(shù)據(jù)庫架構，可以很方便進行數(shù)據(jù)的增刪改和查詢；系統(tǒng)采用SOA的體系架構，降低了模塊的耦合，增強了軟件的重用性和擴展性，縮短了軟件開發(fā)周期，實現(xiàn)了較好的效果。關鍵字：SOA;人力資源管理；Asp.net;WebServicesAbstractHumanresourceisthemostvigorousandcoreresourceforthedevelopmentofhighereducation.Withtherapiddevelopmentofmodernh
