1、跨境電商進(jìn)口商品監(jiān)管問(wèn)題與對(duì)策摘要現(xiàn)階段電子商務(wù)在我國(guó)的發(fā)展勢(shì)不可擋,消費(fèi)者逐漸接受并習(xí)慣這種新興的消費(fèi)模式。使其成為拉動(dòng)外貿(mào)發(fā)展政府轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的又一增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。這樣的全新的業(yè)態(tài)顛覆了傳統(tǒng)的外貿(mào)生產(chǎn)理念以及經(jīng)營(yíng)管理模式。由于保稅區(qū)對(duì)于跨境電商進(jìn)口模式的優(yōu)惠政策,使其具備了配送時(shí)間短、快速交易等特點(diǎn),此類模式具有較強(qiáng)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力慢慢演變?yōu)榭缇畴娚讨髁髂J?。隨著此類新型貿(mào)易方式發(fā)展的逐漸深入,質(zhì)量安全監(jiān)管的力度和難度也隨之增加,有關(guān)政府部門(mén)即將迎接新的挑戰(zhàn)和機(jī)遇。本文首先介紹了跨境電商進(jìn)口商品問(wèn)題,然后論述其代表的跨境電商平臺(tái)和跨境電商產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量及監(jiān)管問(wèn)題,最后對(duì)如何實(shí)現(xiàn)監(jiān)管提出建
