3、es(174,160,PG78),selectedinthecDNAlibrary,includingalargeportionofthenucleocapsid(N),matrix(M)andpeplomeric(S)proteingenes,wereusedasprobesforaslotblothybridizationassay.Twoprobelabellingtechniqueswerecompared,radiolabellingwith32pandenzymaticlabellingthrou
4、ghcovalentlinkagetoperoxidaseandchemilu-minescencedetection.Theradioactiveprobe174detectedaslittleas1to3pgofviralRNA,whilethelesssensitiveenzymaticprobecouldnotrevealmorethan100pgofRNA.Nosignificantdetectionamplificationwasachievedwhenamixtureofthethreeprob
