5、ighgeneticdiversityofcirculatingHCoV-OC43variants.Geneticallydifferentgroupsarede?nedamongthevariantsdescribedinthisstudy.Oneofthesevariantsholdscharacteristicsofanoutlierandpresentsadeletionof12nt,alsofoundinBCoVstrains.Moreover,thepresenceofHCoV-OC43asaquas
6、ispeciescloudinvivoduringanacuteReceived23March2006respiratory-tractillnesswasdiscovered.Ithasalsobeenrevealedthatquasispecies-cloudsizesareAccepted30June2006similarforthetwoviralpopulationstested.Coronaviruses(CoVs)occupyanimportantpositionin(2005a)submitted
7、toGenBank(accessionno.AY391777)virology,beingnotonlythecauseofthesevereacutethecompletegenomesequenceoftheHCoV-OC43respiratorysundrome(SARS)outbreakthe?rsthumanprototypestrain(ATCCVR-759)isolatedin1967.Theseemergentinfectiousdiseaseofthe21stcenturybutalsoaaut
