1、萬方數(shù)據(jù)吐魯番設(shè)施葡萄促早栽培關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的研究摘要YIIII12IIr16lllll9lll17III4IIII11II15rrlU本文以吐魯番地區(qū)火焰無核葡萄為試材,結(jié)合常規(guī)設(shè)施葡萄栽培管理措施,設(shè)置不同濃度石灰氮打破休眠,不同濃度赤霉素處理花序,坐果后修剪果穗等處理。結(jié)果如下:(1)自然條件下,火焰無核葡萄的需冷量為1280h,通過休眠日期為1月15日;恒溫條件下,需冷量為1462h,通過休眠日期為12月30日。(2)20%石灰氮打破休眠的效果最好,萌芽期、展葉期、初花期分別提前了6d、5d、5d。(3)第三期花序噴施赤霉素濃度為30mgJL時,植株的理化指標達到
2、最優(yōu)值,優(yōu)化效果明顯;第四期花序噴施赤霉素濃度為60mg/L時,葡萄植株指標均達到最大值,對拉長花序,提高坐果率,膨大果粒效果明顯。(4)第四期花序、赤霉素濃度為60mg/L,均勻噴施花序,達到果實膨大、拉長果穗,增產(chǎn)的目的。(5)整穗可改善果穗外觀品質(zhì)(包括整齊度、緊密度、大小粒等),增大果粒,增加含糖量,改進內(nèi)在品質(zhì),顯著地提高火焰無核鮮食葡萄產(chǎn)品的商品品質(zhì),同時,還能提早成熟,增大其經(jīng)濟效益。關(guān)鍵詞:火焰無核;需冷量;打破休眠;赤霉素;整穗萬方數(shù)據(jù)StudiesonPrematureTechniquesofProtectedCultivationforGrap
