1、摘要我國跨境電子商務行業(yè)近年來發(fā)展迅猛，論文通過總結現(xiàn)有跨境電商各種模式的特點，并通過自制調查問卷的方式了解現(xiàn)有消費者對跨境電商的消費狀況、需求、滿意度、期望等，分析我國跨境電商行業(yè)在繁榮的現(xiàn)狀下存在的諸多問題，比如行業(yè)面臨政策未來方向不確定、與現(xiàn)有法律法規(guī)相矛盾、消費者權益問題難以保障以及跨境電商人才極度缺乏等諸多問題。論文在此基礎上分析并提出我國未來跨境電商發(fā)展的方向，在國家層面，需要進行政策、法律法規(guī)的完善。在企業(yè)層面，需要加強對供應鏈的控制力，以增強在國內外市場的競爭力；加大對消費者需求的研究，在逐漸細分的市場上找準企業(yè)定位
