3、lescontainingnumerousribosomeswereidentifiedatlatertimesp(~stinfection.Monensin.asodiumionophorewhichblocksglycoproteintransporttoplasmamembranesattheleveloftheGolgicomplex,wasfoundtoinhibittheformationofinfectiousIBV.InthinsectionsofinfectedVerocellstreatedw
4、iththeionophore.IBVparticleswerelocatedindilatedcytoplasmicvesicles,butfewerparticleswerefoundwhencomparedtocontrols.Asimilarpatternofvirus-specificproteinswasdetectedincontrolormonensin-treatedIBV-infectedcells.whichincludedtwoglycoproteins(1700~0and24000dal
