3、viralgenomesafterexposurefor1h,adetectionlimitsimilartonick-translatedprobesafterexposureofthefilmsfor60h.Morethan8hexposuretoblotsprobedwiththesedsprobesresultedincompletedarkeningofthefilm.Thessprobes,synthesizedbyasymmetricPCRonlinearizedplasmids,p
