4、Thepredictedproteinhad19N-glycosylationinvolvedintheanchorageofthespikeintheviralsites.Asignalsequencecomprising17aminoacidswasmembrane.Comparisonofthisproteinsequencetotheobservedstartingfromthefirstmethionineresidue.Adescribedhomologousmousehepatitis(MHV)strainpotentialpeptidasecleavagesitewaslo
5、catedbetweenA59andMHV-JHMSproteinsequencesledustoaminoacids763and767.ThesecleavagesexplainthesuggestthatMHV-A59andMHV-JHMSgenescouldmaturationoftheprimaryproductoftheSgenebederivedfromadeletionoftheBECVSgene.Bovineentericcoronavirus(BECV)wasfirstidentifiedBECVpossessesfivemainstructuralproteins,i.
