2、法】48只肝右葉荷VX腫瘤的新西蘭兔隨機分成4組，每組12只，分別為對照組(非放療組)、l0、15和2OGy放療組，所有試驗兔于放療前及放療后l、7、14d行F—FDGPEWCT掃描，測定腫瘤體積和最大標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化攝取值(SUVmax)?！窘Y(jié)果】放療前各組腫瘤體積及SUVmax值均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)差異(P>0．05)；此后對照組腫瘤的體積及SUVmax均持續(xù)上升。3個放療組放療1aMSUVmax均較放療前下降，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P<0．05)；而腫瘤體積均無明顯變化(P>0．05)。3個放療組放療7d后SUVma
