1、介入放射學(xué)雜志2013年11月第22卷第11期JInterventRadiol2013，Vo1．22，No．11—931一·實(shí)驗(yàn)研究Experimentalresearch·兔肝臟、肌肉、皮下VX2腫瘤模型的建立和對(duì)比研究魏強(qiáng)，方亮，楊繼金，霍寧寧，呂虎，熊源長(zhǎng)，江旭，李慧【摘要】目的通過對(duì)肝臟、肌肉及皮下不同部位兔vx。腫瘤模型的建立和比較，尋求更適合于腫瘤經(jīng)皮介入治療的荷瘤動(dòng)物模型。方法將54只新西蘭白兔按vx腫瘤接種部位不同隨機(jī)分為肝臟組、肌肉組和皮下組，每組18只。三組動(dòng)物術(shù)后12、16、20d均進(jìn)行CT灌注掃描，測(cè)量腫瘤大小，每次各組分別處死6只兔進(jìn)行
2、病理觀察，并對(duì)三組模型的建模手術(shù)時(shí)間、腫瘤體積及并發(fā)癥等情況進(jìn)行比較。結(jié)果皮下組腫瘤生長(zhǎng)最慢，肌肉組其次，肝臟組生長(zhǎng)最快，組間差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0．05)。接種第12天，肝臟組腫塊長(zhǎng)徑已約1cm，而皮下組則需20d腫塊長(zhǎng)徑才達(dá)1cm左右，肌肉組腫塊生長(zhǎng)速度介于二者之間。三組建模所用時(shí)間分別為肝臟組(5．54±0．51)min，肌肉組(1．024-0．20)rain，皮下組(0．98±0．21)min，肝臟組明顯較長(zhǎng)。除了肝臟組出現(xiàn)腹水、肝內(nèi)轉(zhuǎn)移及腹壁種植外，皮下組、肌肉組均無明顯影響模型的情況。結(jié)論與肝臟和皮下建模相比，兔肌肉內(nèi)VX腫瘤模型具有操作簡(jiǎn)單，成瘤
