1、中文摘要排球普修課作為我國(guó)高校體育課的主干課程之一,在高校的體育教學(xué)中占有重要的地位??茖W(xué)合理的排球普修課程體系是高校體育課實(shí)現(xiàn)培養(yǎng)目標(biāo)的重要手段。隨著高校培養(yǎng)方案的不斷調(diào)整,排球普修課在新形勢(shì)下也應(yīng)適應(yīng)高校體育課程設(shè)置的要求。軟式排球作為一種新興的體育項(xiàng)目,在我國(guó)部分高校開(kāi)設(shè)后,在全面推進(jìn)素質(zhì)教育的實(shí)施,改革過(guò)去以競(jìng)技運(yùn)動(dòng)為中心的課程體系,轉(zhuǎn)化為以健身為主體的課程設(shè)置,促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心全面發(fā)展,樹(shù)立終身體育的思想等方面都起到了一定的作用。本文采用問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法,文獻(xiàn)資料法,專家訪談法,數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等,對(duì)我國(guó)部分高校公共體育軟式排球課的教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了調(diào)查研
2、究,并根據(jù)當(dāng)前高校課程改革形勢(shì),對(duì)我國(guó)軟式排球課的發(fā)展對(duì)策進(jìn)行了分析討論。研究表明:我國(guó)高校軟式排球開(kāi)展?fàn)顩r呈現(xiàn)一定的地域差異,發(fā)展并不平衡;高校軟式排球場(chǎng)地器材建設(shè)并不規(guī)范和完備;高校體育教師軟式排球?qū)I(yè)水平不高,軟式排球科研成果較少;高校軟式排球課教學(xué)內(nèi)容和形式依舊比較傳統(tǒng),未適應(yīng)高校體育教育改革的要求;高校軟式排球代表隊(duì)建設(shè)不夠完整,有組織的高校軟式排球比賽較少。依據(jù)研究結(jié)果,結(jié)合當(dāng)前我國(guó)高校公共體育課程改革的現(xiàn)狀和發(fā)展趨勢(shì),并根據(jù)現(xiàn)代社會(huì)發(fā)展對(duì)高校人才的要求,對(duì)我國(guó)高校軟式排球課程的發(fā)展提出以下對(duì)策:加大高校對(duì)軟式排球的宣傳力度,加強(qiáng)學(xué)生
3、對(duì)軟式排球的認(rèn)識(shí);加大高校場(chǎng)地建設(shè)資金投入,完善軟式排球的場(chǎng)地器材建設(shè);牢牢把握“健康第一"的指導(dǎo)思想,加強(qiáng)排球課程內(nèi)容的開(kāi)發(fā),優(yōu)化教學(xué)內(nèi)容;注重學(xué)生能力的培養(yǎng)和發(fā)展,重視教學(xué)方法和手段的改革與創(chuàng)新;建立完整的競(jìng)賽體系,舉辦多層次的軟排比賽。關(guān)鍵詞:我國(guó)高校;軟式排球課程;現(xiàn)狀;發(fā)展對(duì)策AbstractVolleyballasthebackboneofChina’SHigherPhysicalEducationoccupiedanimportantpositionintheCollegewhichisanimportanttrainingobje
