2、中之重”。提高農業(yè)產業(yè)化經營，推動家庭經營向采用先進科技和生產手段的方向發(fā)展，建立農業(yè)產業(yè)化生產基地是農業(yè)的發(fā)展方向。農業(yè)上市公司是農業(yè)企業(yè)的模范先鋒，其成長能力直接關系著農業(yè)未來發(fā)展的方向。從1993年第一家農業(yè)上市公司至今，20年的成長歷程，證明了我國農業(yè)上市公司在農業(yè)產業(yè)化經營進程中發(fā)揮著非常重要的作用，在推進農業(yè)的市場化、產業(yè)化、標準化生產中起著引導作用，代表著農業(yè)發(fā)展的先進生產力。但是農業(yè)上市公司在成長中存在著許多問題，如農業(yè)的“背農”經營、轉型投資、違法違規(guī)。本文通過公司盈利能力、企業(yè)規(guī)模、償債能
3、力、資產營運能力等方面的多項財務指標，運用主成分分析方法和多元回歸方法探析影響農業(yè)上市公司成長性的主要因素。研究發(fā)現在我國農業(yè)上市公司成長性的影響因素中，企業(yè)規(guī)模和創(chuàng)新能力是最為重要的影響因素。本文的創(chuàng)新點在于將主成分分析法和多元回歸分析方法結合，首先通過主成分分析法分別對代表我國農業(yè)上市公司的成長性和相關影響因素的財務指標進行分析，其次對公司的成長性和相關主成分進行多元回歸，最后通過多元回歸函數和主成分函數將系數還原到每一個影響因素指標，最終確定各個因素對我國農業(yè)上市公司成長性的影響程度。關鍵詞：農業(yè)上市公
