1、農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司論文：我國農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)營績效及其影響因素分析【中文摘要】我國是一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國,農(nóng)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟的基礎(chǔ)。2010年中央把農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村問題作為一號文件發(fā)下來,號召全社會應(yīng)以農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展為優(yōu)先,要加速農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營發(fā)展,促進農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)振興,使農(nóng)民的生活更加富裕。農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司作為農(nóng)業(yè)企業(yè)的龍頭,其自身的發(fā)展對于國民經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展有著重要的促進作用。然而,在農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司發(fā)展的十幾年里,逐漸暴露出規(guī)模小、經(jīng)營績效不容樂觀等問題。本文以農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)營績效為研究對象,回顧了以往關(guān)于公司治理與公司績效方面的文獻,發(fā)現(xiàn)大部分關(guān)于公司績效的研究主要是研究董事會規(guī)模、獨立董事、董事薪酬、董事持股、股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu)等對公司績效的影
2、響。關(guān)于農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)營績效的研究,主要是對農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司經(jīng)營績效進行評價。而且筆者還發(fā)現(xiàn),對農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的研究重點是使用不同的方法對農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司進行評價。對于從公司治理的角度研究農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的文獻非常少。本文在以往研究的基礎(chǔ)上,先通過將2009年農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的財務(wù)數(shù)據(jù)與A股的數(shù)據(jù)進行對比分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司規(guī)模小,盈利能力差等問題。接著選取了體現(xiàn)公司績效的13個財務(wù)指標,樣本期間為2007-2009年,用因子分析法對農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的經(jīng)營績效進行評價,計算得分,然后進行得分排名。研究發(fā)現(xiàn)如意集團的得分最高,榮華實業(yè)的得分最低。接著從公司治理的角度分析影響農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的因素。以農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的經(jīng)營
3、績效為因變量,以公司規(guī)模、稅收補貼、收入補貼、第一大股東持股比例、前十大股東持股比例、高管薪酬及高管持股為自變量,采用多元回歸分析方法分析這些因素對公司經(jīng)營績效的影響。最后發(fā)現(xiàn)稅收補貼、收入補貼、前十大股東持股比例、高管薪酬、高管持股與公司經(jīng)營績效顯著正相關(guān),而第一大股東持股比例與公司經(jīng)營績效不相關(guān)。通過實證分析,本文提出要合理利用補貼,優(yōu)化股權(quán)結(jié)構(gòu),合理利用激勵政策等政策建議。最后對農(nóng)業(yè)上市公司的未來研究進行了展望?！居⑽恼緾hinaisalargeagriculturalcountry.Agricultureisthefoundationofnationaleconomy.In201
