1、淺談如何加強(qiáng)班組安全建設(shè)與管理本文先從班組安全建設(shè)與管理的基本概念談起,了解班組安全建設(shè)與管理的基本內(nèi)容;然后結(jié)合本單位的班組建設(shè)情況分析班組安全建設(shè)與管理的有利因素和不利因素;重點(diǎn)敘述了班組安全管理存在的問題,及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)班組安全管理的許多不足Z處,為以后的安全建設(shè)與管理奠定基礎(chǔ)。2010年3月,管道局HSE體系推進(jìn)工作全面啟動(dòng)。物業(yè)管理處深入開展以轉(zhuǎn)變觀念為先導(dǎo),規(guī)章制度為基礎(chǔ),健全培訓(xùn)、績效考核體系為保障的HSE體系推進(jìn)工作。物業(yè)管理處的五個(gè)班組,各個(gè)班組情況都不相同,其屮水暖運(yùn)行班以及電力維修班是安全重點(diǎn)防護(hù)單位。水暖運(yùn)行班班組成員多、工種多需要對(duì)各個(gè)工種進(jìn)
2、行風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與控制。班組安全建設(shè)與管理需要全體員工的參與,全面調(diào)動(dòng)員工的安全意識(shí),使員工的安全理念由“要我安全”到“我耍安全”的轉(zhuǎn)變。本文重點(diǎn)闡述如何加強(qiáng)班組的安全建設(shè)與管理的方法:選好班組帶頭人、宣傳安全建設(shè)的理念、落實(shí)安全培訓(xùn)工作、推進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化作業(yè)、抓好設(shè)備管理、加強(qiáng)安全工器具的質(zhì)量管理。這些方法有助于提高員工的安全意識(shí),有助于班組的安全建設(shè)與管理,最終達(dá)到“零傷害、零污染、零事故”的管道局HSE戰(zhàn)略忖標(biāo)。關(guān)鍵詞:班組安全建設(shè)與管理風(fēng)險(xiǎn)識(shí)別與控制HSE體系A(chǔ)bstractThispaperbeginswithteambuildingandmanagementof
