3、temptedtodetectanti-felinecoronavirusantibody,anti-felineimmunodeficiencyvirusantibody,andfelineleukemiavirusantigeninascitesfrom88catsclinicallysuspectedwitheffusiveFIP.Ineachofthesethreeviraltests,allcatspositiveforserumantibody/antigenwerealsopositi

5、tonitis(FIP)isaprogressivevirallayersofCrandellfelinekidney(CRFK)cells(Americaninfectiousdiseasecausedbyfelinecoronavirus(FCoV)TypeCultureCollection(ATCC,U.S.A.)wereinfectedinfectionindomesticandwildlargecats[1].Asadiagnos-withFIPvirus79–1146strain(ATC
6、C,U.S.A.)ina96-wellticmethodofFIP,anti-FCoVantibodytesthasbeentissuecultureplate.After20-hrincubation,theplatewasreportedin1976[8],andthistestisnowusedasanimpor-fixedwithmethanol-acetonesolution(1:3).ThesamplethattantdiagnosticmethodofFIP.Superinfectio
7、nofFCoV-wasdiluted1:100andthenserially2-foldwasaddedintotheinfectedcatswithfelineleukemiavirus(FeLV)orfelineplate.Afterincubation,theplatewaswashedandfluores-immnunodeficiencyvirus(FIV)hasbeenreportedasafac-ceinisothiocyanate(FITC)-conjugatedanti-catIg
8、GgoattorinducingFIP[3,9],andtestsofthesetwovirusesinantibody(Cappel,U.S.A.)wasaddedintoeachwell.Afteradditiontoanti-FCoVantibodytestareimportantfortheincubation,theplatewaswashedandexaminedwithafluo-diagnosisofFIP.FIPisclassifiedintothe
