2、政治理論素質(zhì)、思想道德素質(zhì)和綜合文化素質(zhì)，培養(yǎng)社會(huì)主義建設(shè)事業(yè)合格人才的迫切需要。論文首先對(duì)校園文化、大學(xué)和諧校園文化的內(nèi)涵的進(jìn)行闡述，然后對(duì)大學(xué)和諧校園文化的特征和功能做了歸納，再就從校園環(huán)境文化、校園精神文化和校園行為文化三個(gè)層面對(duì)當(dāng)前校園文化中不和諧現(xiàn)象的分析，然后結(jié)合高校文化建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，根據(jù)當(dāng)前高校和諧校園文化建設(shè)面臨的新形勢(shì)、新發(fā)展，在遵循理論與實(shí)際相結(jié)合的原則下，以中國(guó)特色理論體系為指導(dǎo)，從精神文化構(gòu)建、物質(zhì)文化構(gòu)建、制度文化與行為文化構(gòu)建等方面科學(xué)系統(tǒng)的提出了大學(xué)和諧校園文化建設(shè)的主要途徑和應(yīng)對(duì)各種問(wèn)題的具體建議。關(guān)鍵
