3、-specificpolyclonalantibodywaspurifiedbyaffinitychromatographywiththeTRIOBioprocessingSystemandwasusedasthecaptureantibody,ataconcentrationof1.5txg/well.TheF5.39monoclonalantibodywasobtainedbythefusionofspleenlymphocytesfromTGEVimmunizedmicewithNS-Imyelomacells.ThismAb
4、wasusedasasecondantibodyfortheELISA.TheELISAdetected40ngofTGEVand407ngofPRCV.TostudytheabilityofELISAtodetectTGEVinfieldcases,53intestinalsamplesweretakenfrompigsexhibitingclinicalsignsoftransmissiblegastroenteritis.AllthepositivesamplesdetectedbytheELISAwereconfirmeda
