2、由裁量權(quán)的規(guī)制是服務(wù)政府、責任政府和誠信政府建設(shè)的題中之意。行政監(jiān)督具有直接、快捷、專業(yè)和全面規(guī)制的獨特優(yōu)勢，可實時主動糾正行政裁量不當?shù)男袨椋瑫r我國行政監(jiān)督規(guī)制行政自由裁量權(quán)在政治、制度、技術(shù)等方面已具備實施的條件，所以作者試圖從行政監(jiān)督的視角探索行政自由裁量權(quán)的規(guī)制路徑。本文主要分析了行政監(jiān)督視角下如何規(guī)制行政自由裁量權(quán)，保證其合理性。文章內(nèi)容除緒論外分為四個部分：首先，界定行政自由裁量權(quán)、行政自由裁量權(quán)規(guī)制、行政監(jiān)督等相關(guān)概念，對行政監(jiān)督規(guī)制的必要性和可行性進行分析。其次，從國外行政自由
